SOLD!!! Antique Oak 6 Drawer Library Card Catalog - $150

SOLD!!!

This auction is for an Antique 6-Drawer Library Card Catalog (also known as filing catalog, library file, library cabinet, library card file, card catalog cabinet, etc.)

The piece is in great condition and still has its original finish.  It does have one noticeable black mark on the top of the box, but the rest only shoes normal wear.

The drawers are made to hold a standard 5” x 3” index card, but can also be used for a variety of items.  In the same style of the overall casing, the drawers are dovetailed and are all in working condition.  All 6 drawers are in great condition and open smoothly.  Each drawer also still has its original brass pull with opening to insert label.  The only thing missing is that it does not contain index dividers.

The dimensions for the entire unit are:
Height: 12.75”
Width: 13.25”
Depth: 14.25”

The dimensions for inside of each drawer are:
Height: 3.75” (inside drawer)
Width: 5” (inside drawer)
Depth: 12.5 (inside drawer)

Whether you are looking for that perfect antique for your home, or just something to use for storage, this piece is for you!  In addition to its visual appeal, one of the most common uses for a library card catalog is storage for any number of items!
